30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned

How to Return

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Email us at returns@rosebybasiccare.com or call +44 20 7946 0958 to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your return.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Package items securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship to the address provided in your return instructions.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.
